Ministry has been good for the past few weeks. The trips to Northeast Iowa and Southwest Kansas and then Western Nebraska all were fruitful and filled with people hungry for more of God, and receiving accurate words of knowledge along with healing, teaching plus

This is a Great Day to get Well, plus Singing in the Spirit over Others, and Restaurant Healing.

Earlier this week I was having lunch with a friend and he informed me that after our meeting he had a doctor’s appointment.  I inquired as to the nature of the appointment and he shared that for several weeks his foot had been hurting right where the toes connect to the foot, and he did not know

I am happy to report that I have completed writing four chapters of my new book and the introduction all written since Friday of last week, and I will be working on chapter five today and tomorrow.  Please keep me in prayer.  I would like to have this book edited by Easter and to the publisher by mid April, and back to me by Mother’s Day if possible.  Then I can begin writing my third book.  I will reveal the title and nature of the current book soon.  My last book Downloads from Heaven is selling well, with orders and requests coming in every week.

Also, I took a bad fall while shoveling snow today – hit some ice and my right leg went up under and behind me unlike anything I have previously experienced,

I thought some of you who have not read my new book,Downloads from Heaven,  might like to read the recommendations along with my dedication page and the foreward – if you are interested you can order the book from me by writing to me at my email address of anointed2go@cox.net.  I have started to write my next book this week and have the introduction and two chapters completed.  I will share the title soon, but it is written very much like my first one where so many people commented to me that while reading my book they said it was like I was sitting right there next to them sharing the stories.  I am grateful for the opportunities I have to write, publish, teach, share and minister whether at churches, business, schools, healing services, seminars, conferences, universities, camps, youth groups, or in other settings and venues – it is a blessing and an honor for me to have these occasions to advance the Kingdom of God.

Encouragement, Biblical teaching, true-life stories, and mind-set challenges are all involved in Jay West’s book, Downloads from Heaven.  I love Jay’s conversational style of writing that should draw in every reader.  It can be a strange concept to some to think that we, mere humans, could actually hear from God and receive His direction, instructions, and knowledge.  Yet, Jay makes a clear case that the Bible does teach exactly that truth and that each follower of Christ can experience a word of knowledge from the Holy Spirit as a regular part of life.

 

In Downloads from Heaven, Jay lays the Biblical foundation for his premise, and then follows up with story after story of personal encounters that illustrate the Biblical truth.  People love stories!  And Jay West’s personal stories are fun and funny – a great way for everyone to see the simplicity of the gifts of the Spirit.  I love how Jay takes the “spookiness” out of walking in the Spirit that some Christians have been taught.  

Running Free

“If you look at the world, you’ll be distressed… I’d you look within, you may be depressed… If you look to Jesus, you’ll be at rest!” – so come out for an evening of worship, songs, worship, songs, festive refreshments and fellowship – with fellow worship leader and recording artist Kyle Knapp – “And rest…………. in His presence.”

 For many months, our son Jason worked hard on his new worship album called, “Running Free” and has twelve original worship songs combined with a few other themes, so I thought I would share some of the details. 

When Jason was two days old on his first night home, he slept on my chest while I was on the couch giving Diane a restful night’s sleep in our bedroom.  So he wrote a song about that called “Safe in your Arms” which speaks about that first night leading into riding on my shoulders and transitions to someday when Jason has his own children, and they are our grandchildren – but the song also, specifically pinpoints the Father’s love for us.  I know you will enjoy it.

• Thursday – Sept.  27^th. – Jay is teaching out of his book “Downloads from Heaven” at Eagle’s Nest Worship Center for five consecutive Thursdays from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. (also Oct. 4,11,18,25)  Eagle’s Nest is located at 57th and Sorenson Pkwy.

 

• Friday Sept.  28^th – Kingdom Encounter week-end at Beautiful Savior Lutheran located at 96^th and Melissa between Giles and Harrison in La Vista – 6:30 p.m. – to 9:00 p.m.

 

• Saturday Sept.  29^th – Kingdom Encounter at Beautiful Savior Lutheran 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Continental Breakfast Provided  (see above for location)

 

• Kingdom Encounters in Bellevue on Oct. 5^th and 19^th and Nov 2^nd.  16^th. & 30^th.  Beginning at 7:15 p.m. each Friday evening.   Lingering worship, prophetic prayer ministry, studying Bill Johnson’s book, When Heaven Invades Earth, and then manifestational healing prayer with Jesus Culture or Bethel Church DVD’s.
