I thought some of you who have not read my new book,Downloads from Heaven,  might like to read the recommendations along with my dedication page and the foreward – if you are interested you can order the book from me by writing to me at my email address of anointed2go@cox.net.  I have started to write my next book this week and have the introduction and two chapters completed.  I will share the title soon, but it is written very much like my first one where so many people commented to me that while reading my book they said it was like I was sitting right there next to them sharing the stories.  I am grateful for the opportunities I have to write, publish, teach, share and minister whether at churches, business, schools, healing services, seminars, conferences, universities, camps, youth groups, or in other settings and venues – it is a blessing and an honor for me to have these occasions to advance the Kingdom of God.

Encouragement, Biblical teaching, true-life stories, and mind-set challenges are all involved in Jay West’s book, Downloads from Heaven.  I love Jay’s conversational style of writing that should draw in every reader.  It can be a strange concept to some to think that we, mere humans, could actually hear from God and receive His direction, instructions, and knowledge.  Yet, Jay makes a clear case that the Bible does teach exactly that truth and that each follower of Christ can experience a word of knowledge from the Holy Spirit as a regular part of life.

 

In Downloads from Heaven, Jay lays the Biblical foundation for his premise, and then follows up with story after story of personal encounters that illustrate the Biblical truth.  People love stories!  And Jay West’s personal stories are fun and funny – a great way for everyone to see the simplicity of the gifts of the Spirit.  I love how Jay takes the “spookiness” out of walking in the Spirit that some Christians have been taught.

Jesus is Lord!

 

I know it is a week early for the Two Week’s Notice, but I just had to send out this cool report for you to rejoice with me about,  plus with ministry this Friday evening for Kingdom Encounter and then two sessions out in Seward Nebraska on Saturday I knew there would then be too much to write about next week,

so I decided to send it in part now.

 

I had a great and easy 12 hour drive to southwest Kansas and then ministered four separate times there, plus on the way home at a Maximum Security Prison in Tecumseh Nebraska on Monday.  I also wrote a brand new article in my  blog at the hotel the first night.  It is called, “Don’t Quit” and can be found here at www.anointed2go.com if you have not read it or want to share it with someone else.  The fountain picture below is a vivid reminder of how God will flow through us if we Don’t Quit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

My host home was way out in the country, seven miles out a dirt road where each evening I encountered skunks and coyotes on my journey there.
